Hi, I’m Amanda, and I’m so glad you’re here!


I help over-functioners, high-achievers, and former “gifted kids” who feel stuck in overthinking, self-doubt, and relationship problems finally feel able to trust themselves again and free themselves from the patterns they keep seeing in their lives. Through personalized therapy for anxiety and trauma, I help clients look at how the things they learned throughout their life are showing up right now - so they can show up with more confidence and clarity.

My clients are bright, capable, and incredibly empathetic - the kind of women who get things done and often put others’ feelings before their own. But despite doing everything “right,” their life feels harder than it looks on paper.

When they first reach out for therapy, they’re managing color-coded calendars, hitting every deadline, and saying the “right” things in meetings - and still wondering what’s “wrong.”

They’re praised for being composed, mature, and put-together, but privately feel like one unexpected emotion could knock everything off balance.

They try yoga, journaling, or mindfulness to “release stress,” but end up with self-care becoming just another thing to perfect.

When looking into therapy, many of my clients feared they’d be told to lower their standards - that their therapist wouldn’t understand the pressure of high expectations. Some believed their anxiety was simply “who they are.” But I understand what it’s like to live in constant performance mode - it’s exhausting, and I want you to know it’s not the only way.

In therapy, we work to untangle what desires and expectations are true to who you are versus the endless “shoulds” you’ve internalized. You’ll learn to recognize your own needs, build trust in your own voice, and take steps that feel aligned and sustainable for YOU.
