I specialize in working with high-achieving women who have a hard time trusting themselves and others, often because of past experiences like familial pressure, perfectionism, or relational trauma. Using an approach that integrates multiple therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Parts Work (IFS), and more, I help clients better understand and process the impacts of past experience in order to move from overthinking and self-doubt to feeling grounded, confident, and aligned with what matters most to them.
